Register on Forum only - if not needing to advertise*

All charges are inclusive of V.A.T at 20%. Payments need to be made online via the ‘University shop’: http://store.winchester.ac.uk/product-catalogue/external-payments/external-payments/landlord-forum-registration-fee

This is a new system for payments, but hopefully it is fairly self explanatory. For example, if you have one property to advertise, please type ‘50’ in the amount section and leave the quantity as ‘1’. If you have multiple properties, please type ’50’ in the amount section and change the quantity to reflect the number of properties. Click ‘Add to Basket’ to see the full amount due.

*Note – this for our landlords who do not need to advertise as their students are staying in situ but they wish to renew their registration onto our Landlord Forum.

Register Online

After registering online by clicking the button below, you will need to forward cash or a cheque made payable to University of Winchester for the correct amount along with a copy of a current gas safe certificate, a copy of your electrical certificate, a copy of your EPC cetificate and a HMO certificate (if applicable) to the university address shown at the bottom of the page.
